The site itself grew out of a desire to archive some of the crazy and creative stuff produced by the Lasses. It snowballed from there, and today incorporates an extensive gallery, a library, plus a thriving messageboard community.
The Wood is run by Xehra and elvie, two Lasses who have been at this swooning thing a long time. This version was designed and built by Xehra. elvie gets all the credit for the galleries, and the content is a joint effort.
